Advice on my second try at a build? Switched to AMD (Canada)

Hiya folks, I recently posted a build that wasn't too great, featuring an Intel E5200 processor. I've decided to give it another try, but this time with AMD Phenom II X3 720 as per another forum user's advice (thanks Helloworld ). Here's hoping that its improved this time around.

First off, I'm building this to accomplish the following:
- Going to be hooked up to a big TV at all times.
- Going to be doing lots of gaming on it.
- I'd like to overclock it a bit, but not much.

Budget:
Well, I've already gone over it. Was hoping to spend about 700. This build looks like it is going to cost me around 950. I'd prefer to stay around this range, but I'd go higher if really necessary...

I've heard this processor is great for gaming, so thats why I decided to go with it. I would also like to try and unlock the fourth core, just to see if it works and if it is stable. Lastly, I would like to try some light overclocking to see if I can get any extra juice out of it.

This card seems to have gotten some pretty nice reviews. Had a hard time deciding between the 1gb model or the 512mb model, let me know what you think. As it is I've chosen the 1gb model.

Pretty basic board, and it also has the south bridge capable of unlocking the fourth core, if possible. Its also an OK overclocker. 4 RAM slots should be plenty, and the fact that it supports CrossFire is good due to the fact that in the future I may add a second card, should I need to.

I used an online wattage calculator, it said my system would probably need about 500 watts. I selected a 650 watt PSU because I may want to add another video card in the future. Is this enough, or do you know of something better?

A decent fan. Don't want to spend too much on this, but I want to be able to get at least a bit of overclocking in. How much do you think I can do with this fan?

Harddrive:
Not included so far. I'm going to wait for a drive to go on sale somewhere, but it will be a 1tb drive, preferably western digital.

Wireless:
No idea. Don't want to spend too much on it. Feel free to suggest one from newegg, I don't know if the cheapos on newegg are trustable...

Oh also, biostar and asrock boards are your best bet at unlocking the 4th core, they cost less too and usually oc better which is a nice addition but they don't have the best DOA record.
