ripped off... need help...

Hello, I worked under a subcontractor installing direct tv dishes. I worked
about 3 weeks while going to school. I earned over $600 in installs and
upgrades.

The guy I was working for left town and was supposed to send me my check.
Myself along with another installer has called him several times. Always
getting the run around.
