Intel turbo memory in desktop pc

everyone.last couple of hours i`ve been thinking about Intel Full Size Turbo Memory 2GB MINI PCI-E Card.can this work on my asus p5n32e sli plus board,or is there any point to make it work.--any benefits.im using my pc mainly for gaming and photoshop.anyone who has information about this topic,please share it
