E8400 @ 3.6GHz

Just need to see if this will be safe to run. Only overclocking my Core2Duo 3.0GHz to 3.6GHz after I installed the Xigmatek Dark Knight cooler.
I just changed the frequency from 333 to 400, same X9 multiplier, and changed voltage from Auto to 1.250V.
I adjusted to keep my memory settings the same as they were. Ran prime95 for just 4 minutes to see the max temps, which went up to 46C.

This is my first time overclocking and would appreciate some help, thanks!

You're good @3.6GHz. You may be able to go higher, if you want to.

Thanks. Any recommendations on where to start increasing (fsb vs multiplier)?

What about my RAM. I just noticed that the frequency says 400MHz. I have DDR2-800, so shouldn't that say 800MHz?
