Are these good settings and temps to run an i7-930 oc'ed?

This was the first time I've ever overclocked. To my surprise it was fairly easy. I've ran LinX, Intel Burn Test and Prime95 and have all passed with 0 errors.

Also could I overclock it more or should I just stop where I'm at? Also, one core has hit 86 degrees Celcius during the LinX test, is that ok?

It's somewhat a matter of taste, but I'd try to avoid any cores going over 80 C on high stress testing. Personally I try to keep mine under 75 C

How long did you run these tests for?

20 runs for the Linx test

24 hrs for Prime95

Intel Burn Test was like 5 runs I think? I don't remember.

Well..as long as you don't run thing daily that raise the heat that much you should be fine. Might want to try to improve your temps a bit though

The highest my CPU has gone during normal usage (gameplay, homework, and movies) is 68 degrees Celcius. It was only when I stressed it out it reached 80+

By improving temps do you mean lowering my overclock or by lowering the voltage settings?

You could stick with those. Personally I'd try to get better airflow in your case, maybe pick up a better cooler, few high powered case fans, etc
