Help with my cpu cooler

i need to overclock my pc so. i would like to know which cpu cooler is best for gigabyte p55a ud4 and easy to install.ps its for gaming the cpu is i5 thanks

This is a very good cooler for the price. Not super-high end, but will overclock Dual and Quad cores to their limits without issues. I'd suggest getting this.

If money is no issue, this is probably the best cooler you can buy for your motherboard. Even without any fans it'll keep most CPUs in check, but put one or two fans on it and you'll rival water cooling temps.
 
The majority of good coolers require a backplate which would require mobo removal if your case doesn't have a cpu cut-out.
More info like your ram height and case width would be very helpful.
