I got the following:
MB:gigabyte X58 Extreme(bios F7)
RAM: OCZ flexi 1600mhz cl7
Graphic: Gigabyte GTX295 rev2
HDD: 1TB seagate barraguda
cooler: thermaltake W880i water cooler
CPU: Intel core i7 920

and yea, i need the detail setting for bios for overclocking
like without increasing too much voltage and stable setting.
heat should be no problem

Search the boards here on the X58 MoBo.....someone posted a link about 30-40 days back w/ a detailed overclocking guide for that board. Here's some more generic ones:
