My e-machine W3503 goes to slash screen but wont load windows

my E-machine W3503 goes to splash screen but wont load windows. It froze and i had to force shut down.Been like this for about three days now.Any suggestions

Have your PSU checked. They are infamous for "under powered" to begin with. May be failing and does not have enough to boot devices.
