OCZ Agility 2 vs Crucial c300 vs Intel x25-m

Im baaaack! LOL, Hey guys and girls. Got a little puzzle trying to solve here. Ok So I have owned a Intel SSD and OCZ Agility 2, I like them both. I am thinking about getting another SSD for my new rig and/or swiping out the one I have to another desktop. It supports SATA 6, But I see Crucial as one of the main contenders on the SATA 6 SSD market. I looked into other SSD but I read most reliable are Intel, OCZ and Crucial. I am going to get one at microcenter in Yonkers, NY. Due to the prices are same as online.

So here are what I am looking at. I consider two things in mind Capacity and performance. I am trying to keep it $200 or less. Any previous or current owners of C300 here can tell me how munch better is SSD on SATA 6? ( I read benchmarks but I wanna hear from direct owners)or Is it better to go with larger SSD on SATA 3? Thanks in advance...feel free knock around the crappy ones too. :lol:

Use the Crucial on SATA III, else an OCZ Agility 2 on SATA II.

I'd prefer to stay away from SATA III right now, until Intel comes out with a SATA III chipset, but that just my opinion.
