Will CoolerMaster Hyper 212 cpu fan work with Intel core 2 quad q8200?

Will this cpu cooler work with my core 2 quad q8200? the fan supports LGA775 sockets and the 8200 is. Im just making sure because on the side of the box for the cpu cooler, for intel core 2 quad, it says

Applications: core 2 quad 9550

But on the front it says its compatible with core 2 quad in general so im not sure. thank you in advance

just the normal 212
