I7 build - Need some help

I'm building my first computer and I wanted to get some opinion on my build.
Any problems with it?
Do I need to get anything else to build a computer?
Also, price isn't much of an issue so also let me know if you think its worth to upgrade something.
I put the Noctua NH-U12P in the list but apparently it won't fit in the Antec 900. Anyone know of a good case that will fit the Noctua cooler?

I changed the Antec 900 with a Antec 1200 according to some Newegg review which said it worked with the Noctua cooler
