Hi all
a few weeks ago i had a problem in my PC's fax and it has not been solved yet. the problem is when someone wants to send me a fax he has to try several time until my computer receives it and when i try to send one i must repeat the send operation many times,although i tried a fax device and there was no problem,the fax software i use is windows fax
so please help me

It might be caused by a hardware issue. Are you using an internal or an external modem? If external, is the serial port working properly?
