Matching Processors with MOBO's

Im building a comp and i just keep rebuilding lol i think im finally done im just trying to cheapen it up and get what i can thats still good or as good as i can get....
so im thinking this:

Processor

but idk if that processor can run on it i see sum that says runs athlon 64 x2 and athlon x2?

1. What does this have to do with graphics cards or displays?

2. That motherboard supports that processor.

Wow those boards have gotten cheap. Yep, that CPU will work fine in that board. The one thing to be careful of when getting a high wattage CPU is that the MB power circuitry is sufficient and sufficiently cooled (which that one definitely is). Good luck with your build (and don't worry about posting in the wrong section, at least you tried to put it in the right one).
