Side case fans

My Raidmax Smilodon case comes with two fans mounted on the side. One is a fan which blows on the GPU from the outside. The second fan draws air from inside the case directly in line with the cpu/heatsink & fan. Would it be better to flip it around and blow outside air onto the heatsink/fan or leave it? I'm Using a Zalman 9900 led on an I7-2600K. The heatsink lines up directly in front of this side fan.

That all depends on whether or not you are having high temperature issues. If everything is fine, leave them as they are.
