Hello, i'm searching for a motherboard that have all this stuff (or better) :
12 x USB2.0, 2 x PCI, 2 x PCI-E 2.0 x16, 3 x PCI-E x1, 1 x COM, 1 x LPT, 6 x SATA2, 1 x IDE ATA 133/100/66/33 , 1 x FDD, 4 x DDR2 DIMM (up to 16 GB), 2 x DDR3 DIMM (up to 8 GB), 2 x RJ-45 (10/100/1000 Mbps), 2 x PS/2, 3 x IEEE 1394a, 1 x CD in, 1 x S/PDIF in, 1 x S/PDIF out, 1 x optical S/PDIF out, 1 x coaxial S/PDIF out; SATA RAID 0, RAID 1 ir RAID 10 ; ATX
please, help me find one (brand does not matter)

Lot's of luck. Just the requirement for three Firewire ports is likely to be a showstopper.

there is no need that all ports must be at the back panel, some of them can be internal I/O connectors. for egz. 1 x IEEE1394 at the back panel, 2 x IEEE1394 internal.

why do you need such specific specifications? Well you want 2 x16s, so that means X58 for intel at least.

wow, good luck getting a board that has 4xDDR2 and 2xDDR3 dimm slots

its not a problem to get one, problem is that most boards 2 x DDR3 DIMM suports only up to 4 GB, i need 8 GB
