Is your motherboard POSTing? And as WR2 says, I'd re-check power connections. Also, try to get it to boot with an older card. Have you installed OS yet?

i have tryed changing the wiring, i am only getting one green light, I expremented with booting with dvi cable pluged in... i then tryed booting with only the basics but im still geting no signel, i have unpluged and repluged every thing in twice, im suspecting i may have a dud card or bad mobo
