I just check the bios on my pc

and look at the memory voltage it is at default. what is the default voltage? it also says i can change the voltage to 0.4 - 0.20. idk what this is is this overclocking? i am using a G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666). and my motherboard is a Foxconn M61PMP-K AM3 NVIDIA MCP61P Micro ATX AMD Motherboard. and my CPU is a Athlon II x2 240 regor

Why don't you download Cpu-Z and it will tell you what things are running at.
The rams default voltage is on the ram stick.

Can you provide the link of your RAM? I think that your RAM voltage is 1.65V. You can change the RAM's voltage to use less power of gt higher clock (overclocking).
