My first build \^_^/

My ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 used to do fade-in-fade-out blinking when in sleep or hibernate mode (not sure which).
It was really cool with the blue LED on my Thermaltake Spedo
Now it only does on-off blinking on both sleep and hibernating.

I tried many things but still donno... maybe because I used to have Windows 7 x86 and now am operating Windows 7 x64?
really can't figure it out. not sure if it's the mobo or the windows.
I want the fading blinking... any help?
