A very strange thing happened,i ran Crysis in DX9 mode and the game ran fine !
But it give the HDMI error when i try to launch it in DX10 mode.
(This happens for both crysis and crysis warhead)
Vsync is off, this didnt happen when i plugged my monitor with DVI,it happened when i plugged HDMI.
Its strange because as i said all of my other games run fine but Crysis & warhead doesnt run only in DX10 mode
Doesn't matter much, windows 7 supports up to 48-bit color over HDMI version 1.3c but your problem is with the graphics card and the way it "reads" your LCD through the HDMI cable. Your monitor specs are:
Sync Range
Horizontal Frequency 30 KHz ~ 83KHz
Vertical Frequency 56 Hz ~ 75 Hz
that means you should try V-sync ON from your graphics card driver and see if that changes anything.
Try forcing the resolution and refresh rates from the drivers, maybe the game is trying to run at an unsupported res or refresh rate (try with something conservative, like 1680x1050 60 hz)

The manual for my Westinghouse HD 26" LCD says that to fix an "Out of Range" error set the monitor to it's native resolution, in my case that's 1920x1200 @ 60Hz.
I also noticed that in my ATI Catalyst Control panel there is a "Force" button that allows you to set the properties manually.
In that same menu there is a setting for "HDTV" mode with a resolution of 1920x1080 @ 60Hz.
It does seem that running the monitor at the native 1920x1200 is beyond the capability ("Out of Range" ) of HDMI's 1920x1080. ????
