one way to do so is to disconnect the power cable from the PSU, remove the battery from the motherboard, wait a moment and then put everything back again and ur bios should be reset.
if not... after you remove the batter... lick the battery slot... don't do that ^_^ just kidding
Ya it didnt work any one else got any ideas? my computer does somthing with Boot Block V1.0 and it says somthing like bio's check sum error then it trys to read a floppy drive and a dvd drive it reads the microsoft then it says somthing that i think means my HDD is out of space...................VIRUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol kidding no just a GAY PROBLEM HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bios recovery - you need a floppy drive and a disk with the correct bios image (may even need a specific name like bios.rom or bios.bin) so it can recover from it - cant remember the details but you can fix it - check on google
basically your bios didnt complete a flash update properly so when it boots/posts to bios it isnt available hence the recovery like mode
if your motherboard or ram has other issues you will also see this message (rare but happens) btw
You need to get a good copy of the BIOS and replace the bad or incomplete BIOS you already installed. The battery has no effect on the BIOS contents, just on the custom settings you apply to it.

Stay in school, your grammar and punctuation (or lack of) is 4th grade level. I'm not surprised since you still use the word "Gay" to describe your computer problem, typical of 4th graders. Maybe while your in school, you should actually try to learn something instead of posting on THG about your "Gay" computer problem.
