WD1002FAEX HARD DRIVE

Hi all,

I got my Western Digital 1Tb hard disk 'WD1002FAEX ' 3 days ago, but it's noisy I contacted WD and the customer service rep. told me to do a DLG test, i did that and I got these result:


SMART STATUS: PASS

Reallocated sector count: Value 200 Threshold 140 Worst 200

Raw read error rate: Value 200 Threshold 51 Worst 200


Is these number BAD and should I do RMA since it's just 3 days hard disk?

and any suggestion for 1 Tb silent HD?

Those are normalised values. They are indicating a perfect score for those two attributes.

To see the raw values, use HD Sentinel or HDDScan:
