64 bit M3A78-CM

I am running an ASUS M3A78-CM with an AMD Athlon 7750 Dual Core processor. I want to use the processors 64 bit capability but don't know how to get it to work with Windows 7. With other operating systems, I just load the proper disk but with Windows 7 both 32 and 64 are on the same disk. Is there something special I need to do?
