So i just finished upgrading my computer out of nowhere my computer will freeze at random times(mostly while playing games) prob once a day now. The computer will just freeze and i'll have to restart it and it wont detect my hard drives or else it'll say i have a disk error. After shutting off my computer and turning off the power supply i'll reboot and it runs just fine.

current specs:

2 WD 1TB Caviar Blacks RAID0
8GB RAM
1000W Antec Power Supply
2 Evga 460GTX VideoCards
Evga 780i sli motherboard
CPU is a intel quad core but i know nothing is wrong with it...

I checked event log once and it was saying i had a i/o error.
I tried to run WD data lifegaurd diagnostics on my hard drives but it won't detect any physical hard drives only my logical drives wich are my physical drives... Ive even tried to run it as administrator but the program still can't detect it.

Ive ran windows hard drive diagnostics and it came back clean, and my hard drives sound like there running smooth, i have no bad noises coming from them

Now this is the 2nd raid 0 hard drive set up ive gone through in the past month due to hdd's failing on me, so i'm starting to wonder if its my hard drives that keep failing on me or is it my motherboard's RAID controller or if i have my RAID set up improperly if there are any suggestion or someone can help me out that would be great.
