I was wondering which one is the better one and also would they work with my build

This is my build and im going to be using it for gaming and websurfing ect.
I have a monitor and mouse/keyboard already
Was wondering what would be the best OS to use and which one to get im looking to get it off newegg.ca so which would be the best one to use plz tell me

Also will these parts work with eachother because im going to order these parts and i need to know if they are compatible
also any suggestions would be greatful.

You can save a bit on memory. 1066 RAM does nothing for Intel builds:

Both of those cards would work with your build, but the 4850 will be quite a bit faster.

The blu-ray burner is pretty pricey. Be sure you are going to burn blu-ray movies before you get it, or just get a reader for much less.

Don't get the DDR3 version of that MB, it tends to have some stability issues. Get the one without the C in the name.

Also was wondering if my MB was good because i heard that Gigabyte makes cheap ones that arnt that good and if so what would be a better one to get?
