You can consolidate it using "Disk Manager":
start/computer/right click/manage/disk management in right pane/look at options when you right click in a drives graphical display in the left/bottom pane.
However, if one of the partions is "System Reserved 100MB" LEAVE IT ALONE! Important System files are there, and it's part of Windows 7 install.
