EX58-UD3R, i7 920 C0 OC issues

Mobo: EX58-UD3R
Bios Version: F11
CPU: I7 920 C0
Ram: Patriot Viper Extreme 2000MHZ
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster V8

I'm having issues. My goal is a 3.8 or 4.0 ghz OC, with ram @ 1800mhz+. I had a stable OC (or so i thought), until today when I installed a new HDD and rerouted all of my cables (ended up unplugging many things, replugging htem).

When I booted, my previously 8+ hr prime95 stable OC failed in bios. I'm an idiot, and dont have the numbers written down.

So I reset cmos, started fresh, and after multiple hours of toying, I'm stuck again.

Where should I start? Do I set the ram timings to "auto", try to get a stable OC, then handle the ram later?

Please help me, I'm so frustrated.

Some toying with it, is IOH at 1.2 necessary? Also, should my uncore be exactly 2x my memory multiplier? or would 1 higher help with stability? i.e. x10 memory, x21 uncore.

After some fudging, I had it run (a bit hot)

IOH & ICH 1.2v
VDIMM 1.66v
PLL 1.88v
qpi/uncore: 1.35v
vcore 1.4v
blck 191
Loadline calibration enabled

Now I need to figure out what to reduce to get temps back in line
