Case cable help

the hdd led, power sw, reset sw, and power led cables are difficult to undestand.
i read the mobo manual and it says the place where my hd led should go, wich is in these 2 pins next to each other, but my 2 pin led switch (thats connected to my case) is 1 pin apart (3 holes, middle one unused) so how do i plug it into my mobo?

seccond, for the power and reset buttons, instead of positive and negative they just say the function (reset) for one pin, and ground for the other, wich ones wich on the cables?

I had the same 2pin 3pin problem way back when too. all I did was take out the pin and reinsert it where it had to be,,[VERY CAREFULLY],, as for the other pins just plug them in and if they do not work why just reverse them, makes no never mind as to weather the computer is running or not, if you plug in the start pin and no go, well just reverse it, same for the reset and hdd led...
