Okey I'v never done this before... I OC'd my Q9450 2.66ghz by upping my FSB 400 = 3.2ghz

I tryed 1.175volts seem'd okey but my games wouldnt run/load or they crashed. so I upped it to 1.2volts and everything seems to run stable and fine... However....

I open up Everest go to the overclock tab under CPU Speed it shows some info jumping around such as the following..

CPU Clock 2400.1 MHz (original: [ TRIAL VERSION ] MHz)

CPU Clock 3200.1 MHz (original: [ TRIAL VERSION ] MHz, overclock: 20%)

these feilds are jumping back and forth..

When its at 2400 my CPU multiplier is at X6, when its at 3200 my CPU multiplier is at X8.

It jumps back and forth... but stays on 2400 a little longer then the 3200. Is this a result of not enough volts maybe ? I'm new so I really have no idea why this would happen or even if this is normal ?
