You cannot. If you have 10 valid licenses you can install a basic system on one, then run a Microsoft utility called System Preparation Tool. That will create a hard drive that can be cloned to the other 9 systems, and when they are first booted you will need to use the valid license key for that system.

You need to create an image using Ghost, LANDesk, SMS, products like that, and use a network boot server with that image to distribute the image. It's not a simple task. Or you can image the system as above using sysprep and then load the image by hand (though a boot disk) on the other systems, providing you have the licenses for each PC.
