My first core i7, what do U think about this CPU Mobo and mems

i´m building my first core i7 build what do u think about this:

CPU Intel core i7-920
Mobo ASUS P6T-SE
Mem Kingston ValueRAM Tri-Kit DIMM 6 GB DDR3-1066 CL7 7-7, 3, PC3 8500

The rest of the components are:

Case: Antec 300
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-650TX
GPU: Asus EAH4850 Glaciator
HDD: WD Caviar Black 500Gb
Optical: LG DVD-rw gh-22NS

It will be an all purpose PC, and a little bit of gaming but i´m not obsessed with fullHD gaming. (but anyway i´m thinking about spending 60$ and get a 4870HD)

Any suggestions and comments will be much appreciated, and very useful by a newbe like me.
