Need Help deciding HDD

I was looking at two of these hard drive and was wondering which would be the better buy...
Western Digital AV-25 500GB 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal AV Hard Drive - $67.50
Western Digital Scorpio Black 500GB 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive - $71.00
SAMSUNG Spinpoint MP4 HM640JJ 640GB 7200 RPM 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive - $82.00
I was looking at these on newegg and they got good ratings... I was planning on getting one to put movies in and use it with an enclosure for my Asus tablet as an external HDD. Which would you get?

Is this a good idea or should I just get an external portable HD?

Less expensive to buy an external drive than to buy an internal drive and enclosure.
