1. You did not set the monitor to auto detect the signal or set it to DVI.
2. The DVI port of the video card is not working properly.
3. The DVI port of the monitor is not working properly.
#1 is easy enough by going into the OSD (on screen display) and look thru the menu.
#2 & #3 will probably require you to test using a spare (or friend's video card). You could bring the monitor to a friend's place to test.You
