Hi, this is my first time building my own computer, and I'm finished picking out my parts, but I'm not sure if I can get better prices or anything, i just need a general review of my parts -- all these prices are from newegg.com

Anyway, you system looks good to me. I personally think you will get more for your money for an AMD platform IMHO. But if you don't wanna sway from Intel or Nvidia this is def a good build.
