I was checking my CPU core voltage with cpuz and noticed the voltage on my CPU being unstable it varies from 1.104 to 1.296
I didn't notice a patter or a trigger for this
My PSU is a brand new corsair TX 750 and my mother board is a GA-P965-DS3 rev 3

I am not sure if this is the feature in where it lowers the CPU clock to lower power usage

note : no over clocking was ever made
This sounds like you have "Speed Step" and "Enhanced Halt State (C1E)" enabled...
itll stable things out if you turn those functions off.
