Well newegg has a deal right now on a 'APEVIA WARLOCK 1100W' power supply for $110. The deal will probably be sold out soon.

I currently have a Corsair HX-620.

Is it time to upgrade or should I be fine with what I have? Does it perform as well?

Setup:
ASUS Rampage II Extreme w/ i7 920 OC'd
12GB DDR3 OCZ Platinum
ATI HD4870 GFX Card
ATO X1900 XTX (Will upgrade to HD4670 next month)
Water Cooled
Corsair HX-620 PSU

I really don't see the point of changing your PSU. Your PSU is more than what you need for your system. If you don't think about having 3-4 SLI 295 GTX, then relax. :)

Okay cool. I just thought I was out-dated, as they have 1200W+ PSU's now, and I'm still only at 620W.

Thanks hefox.

Your current Corsair 620w PSU is MUCH better than an Apevia 1100w POS.
Apevia PSUs are JUNK and can output no where near their rated power.
It would not surprise me one bit if your current 620w PSU can output more clean power than this supposed 1100w unit.

Stick with a quality Corsair, PCP&C, Seasonic or Antec Earthwatts PSU and do not worry about upgrading now.
Your current Corsair PSU has more than enough power to run your system.

On a side note, why are you adding a 4670 to a rig that already has a 4870?

Thanks outlw, just what I needed to hear. I'm upgrading to the 4670 because the x1900 isn't supported by ATI anymore. So I can't get any more driver updates for it OR my 4870.

The Apevia's generally aren't too good. In fact, they tend to use PSUs from turbolink and Kingwin rather than their own in cases they sell. Anyway stick with the Corsair. You don't really need 1000W unless you're gonna use two 295s and a whole mess of other stuff.
