Acer Aspire 8920

I have an ACER Aspire 8920. I booted the laptop up this morning, the ACER logo screen popped up and then a black screen with white writing appeared. I have a restore disk, but it won't open and only F2 is responding. Here is the message I get upon booting:

Intel UNDI , PXE-2.1 (build082)

You should be able to go into BIOS still. There, look for the drives attached. you should see the HDD and the CD/DVD ROM, if not, there is your problem.
Try resetting the BIOS to default values and clearing the CMOS. You should be able to accomplish that by using a certain procedure according to the manufacturer (consult with them on their website). If after rebooting still have the same problem, likely the controller that serves the drives went bad. Will need to return it for replacement.
