I asked a couple weeks ago about "using" a dish in 2 states at the same
time..but that got me to thinking.

Is it possible to use a TV antenna to pick up TV stations from 400 miles
away?

If I'm in Idaho (northern), can I pick up Portland (Oregon) stations with
some kind of set-up? (broadcast channels of course)

Kinda would depend on the size and quality of the antenna.
It would need to be Monsterously tall.... on the order of a few miles
just to peek over the mountains, let alone the Earths curvature.
