Outlook express flashing unable close

Once in a while OE suddenly starts blinking and even if window minimized pops up every 30 seconds and unable to close PC via start. Only manual restart PC

Dump that dinosaur and get a real mail APP.

Well, if I had an APP that was causing me to manually shutdown and restart, I would get rid of it, but it is your disgression ! :lol:

[strike][/strike]I came to the conclusion, it was caused by hardware-multimedia keyboard.
