overclock on1055T&Asus M4A87TD/USB3

hello to everyone ....
I have one question, I want to overclock my AMD 1055T on the ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 with the Cooler Master V6gt cooler ....... but my motherboard doesn`t have heatsink on mosfets. is this a problem?
i would go up to 4.0GHz.

It's not a problem, since you only want overclock the CPU.
