Which mobo to buy for core i5-750 setup?

I am considering upgrading my current system to a core i5-750 and i dont really know which mobo to buy. My first choice was Asus since i like that company but i heard MSI and Gigabyte arent bad either.

Also, i was wondering if using 4x2gb DDR 2 memory PC6400 is a big downside..i have bought these recently but i didnt plan at that time to upgrade. But since my mobo kinda died, i just want to know if having DDR3 is a real plus.

So my budget is around 150-170 USD

I am not planning to use 2 GPU but will probably buy a 5850 when price lowers a bit. Also i might try to OC this new rig too.
