Delete domain user profile

Hello,
I wish to delete the account and the folder of a domain user on all workstations (500 of them) where the domain user account was deleted. Note that this account was a domain admin. This XP with server 2003. The users folder cannot be deleted becuase NTUSER.DAT is still in use. The account shows as "Account Unknown" and the delete button is inactive.
