Heat Issues

Hi,
My card likes to idle at about 60 C, is that ok?
I'm looking to cool it down but also have a quieter tower, any ideas on the perfect case and mother board combo?

what card and you definitely need better cooling than your case will allow right now.

I have the 9600 GT OC Card. Now that new, but it still gets WAY hot, would you mind prescribing a good mother board and case to help me out?
