E8500 3.16 Ghz

Hi, id like to overclock my Wolfdale E8500..I tried upping the Ghz to 3.80 but Prime95 detected a hardware failure, so im asking for help as this is my first time

The idle core temps are around 50C and during the blend stress test went up to around 80C

The motherboard is a gigabyte ga-g33m-s2l

and the ram is ddr2 800 pc2 6400

I just did a stress test on the stock speeds and the core temp went up to 90C, this is with the case open as well.
