I7 960 where to start? Turbo V settings?

Hi,
I just built my computer a few months ago. However, I'm getting my clock cleaned online playing Black Ops.
I want to overclock, but I don't have the time to use trial and error.
I have Turbo V from Asus, which is supposed to do a lot of the work for you. All you have to do is choose BCLK Freq., CPU Voltage, DRAM Bus Voltage, QPI/DRAM Core voltate, and the other perameters are supposed to be set up for you.
Does anyone have any experience with OC on a i7 960 or with Turbo V.
I could use any advise you can give.

MO= Asus P6X58D-E
RAM=OCZRPR2000LV6GK (6gigs)
GPU= Saphire Vapor X 100281VX-2SR
CPU=i7 960
