Hi,
I overclocked my e8400 core 2 duo from 3 to 3.2 to get 1:1 ratio with my ddr1200, and am running at 55 degrees c with stock cooler when gaming. should i buy an after market heatsink and fan. if so what. i do have 3 case fans front and back 120 mm and an 80 on the side. not sure of the speeds, but the cpu fan is 2500 rpm. how much cooling should i expect with aftermarket. thanks for any help in advance

Depending on the cooler you choose and how much money you want to spend, you can get your temps anywhere from 5 degrees cooler to roughly 30-40 degrees cooler. And this is all air cooling. This is the best cooler i can find for a core 2 duo, although it may or may not be out of your price range.
