But is there any need to resume, or is it starting okay?

Quite often you see messages on startup that look like they are telling you what you should do, but actually they mean, "IF you have a need to do such-and-such, then, in that case, press this button."

They are intended as nothing more than reminders. But they can be worrisome if they are taken literally, like a command telling you to do something.

I haven't seen your system. See if what I suggest makes sense. If it DOESN'T, when you report back, please include the make and model of your computer.
