On an ASUS M2N32-SLI deluxe motherboard in the device manager I'm getting the exclaimation point and the message "Mass storage controller on pci bus6 no driver set" ASUS has a good selection of downloads for this motherboard but I don't know which one I need??

The one for your USB ports and/or the one for the chipset. What have you installed for your motherboard so far? AFAIK, mobo drivers are usually integrated into one package.
