My current case is a $50 cheap case that has bad airflow and is something I want to upgrade from to a more efficient one.

My budget is around $120(for the case alone), and free shipping is a must if the case is over $100.

One thing I was also considering was whether to go with water cooling or fans. Currently both of my Lab puppies(10 months old), are in my room a lot and that creates a ton of hair going about with the fans in my room on and from them moving around. My PSU fan sometimes makes weird rattling sounds as well, which could be a sign that the hairs are getting inside my case and messing with the barrings or something like that(but I'm not sure if it is caused by the hairs or just a malfunction happening with the fan).

I want to buy fans with the case, if you guys suggest fans over water cooling, so I can have the best airflow possible, so please post fan suggestions as well.

Same with above sentence if you guys suggest water cooling over fans.

Some of the cases I was looking at:

This case right here is pretty much exactly what I was looking for, great airflow(possible 7x 120mm), great price, and free shipping.

Cooler Master 690: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119137

Some other cases I was considering were:

Antec 900: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021

Antec 300: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042

If you are planning on doing air cooling I highly reccomend the Antec 900.
With your dogs around you may want to do some air filtering.
OR
Use a liquid cooling solution. The liquid cooling idea is typically always a better cooling solution and depending on what you buy it can be quieter too. But on the downside it's typically more expensive.

You'll still have fans with water cooling :) Actually, I would rather try to pick dog hair out of a air cooler than a radiator.

So maybe some filters would be the best way to go in this case. You can just make your own.

The 690 is the best deal, but they are all good.

+1 CM 690, great case. Its very roomy, enough room for tall heatsinks and long GPU's (feels like it should be a full tower, I can't really understand where the distinction is made), and has places to mount several more fans, up to 7 120mm fans if you don't have a big cooler, if you do then one of the mounting spots is useless (2 side fan mounts, 1 front mount, 1 rear exhaust, 2 top mounts, and one bottom mount). But if I remember correctly, it can handle 140mm fans on the bottom, side and front mounts, which is nice. As its only $75 with free shipping, use the extra budget and buy a couple extra case fans, like these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185058
That will give you better cooling than the other options if you are really concerned about keeping your case temps down. I have that case and using a couple of those fans and they are inaudible, only the GPU and CPU fans in my case make any noise. With my PC sitting next to me on the ground, I can barely hear my PC if I don't have any music or or games playing.

Thanks mates for all the tips/suggestions, was wondering if there was any other fans that you guys would suggest. LED would be cool, but its not a must, just want something that isn't insanely loud.
