My Pc Specs:

Main Board: Intel DG33FB
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Yorkfield 2.66GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66Ghz (Which is better?)
Power Supply: Maximum Power 610 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply (+3.3V@24A; +5V@32A; +12V1@21A; +12V2@22A; -12V@0.6A; +5VSB@2A)
Video Card: GTX 260 Core 216 EVGA
Memory: 6 Gigs of DDR2

^ Well I dont agree with changing the 6GB DDR2 with 4GB DDR3...

The intel CPUs(apart from the i7, see no improvement in performance by changing to DDR3...And for that matter, even with 1066MHz DDR2...
Instead stick with the DDR2 800MHz with low timings such as CAS 4...that would help better than those high speeds...

And the Q8400 is better of the 2...Its a quad core(4 Cores) whereas the E6750 is dual core(2 Cores)...

hmm why would you have both? if my motherboard supported them i would say you could dump one of them on me but alas... i'm stuck with AMD (for good or bad)

then go with Quad Core. PSU seems to be OK - 610Watt and 43A, despite the fact that Maximum Power is probably not quality brand I hope that if it works it should be running your GTX 260 without trouble. Do not bother with DDR3, DDR2 - 6gigs is all that you need, DDR3 has reason only with i7.
If I was you I would buy some good (and cheap) quality aftermarket cooler and try to overclock it (under condition that your DDR2 is at 800Mhz, with 667Hmz it should be hard). Q8400 even though 45nm chip lacks cache and it´s slower when compared with old q6600 clock to clock..G33 mobo is not best overclocking board too but with good air cooling you can hopefully reach something like 3GHz (maybe even more...). Faster CPU can only help and many games can really appreciate faster CPU (far cry 2, world in conflict, GTA4)

good luck

Kingwin; No need to panic, but it could be better.
Stick with the Quad, it has more future than a C2D these days.
If you are not running a 64-bit OS you are wasting half the memory if you are running a 64-bit OS there is no reason to change.
