Will the Noctua NH-D14 Fit?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had my setup and could tell me if this monster of a fan would fit without me having to move fans around. Also, i would like to keep my heatsink on my RAM so i wanted to know if i could just move the Noctua fan up and have enough clearance. last but not least, which way could i point the fans (up out the top of the tower or just out the back) Thanks in advance.

Asus P6X58D Premium LGA1366
Corsair Dominator Ram 6g
Corsair 600T Tower
Core i7 950
Nvidia GTX 460
Corsair 750 watt PS

Yep it should fit case wise.
As for the ram you can remove the heat sink from the top of any of the modules in the way.
It won't effect it's performance especially if you only have to do it to one if it's a clearance issue.

can the outside fan be moved up enough to make clearance for the RAM so that i dont have to remove the heat sink? Also, can this be turned to push air out the top of my case? would it fit that way?

Yes, if you are mounting the second 120mm fan on the NH-D14, then it can be mounted higher to accommodate the heat sinks. However, I found that using the second fan only dropped my CPU temps by 1 degree at full load (that's how incredibly efficient the Noctua cooler is!), so the second fan is now my top exhaust fan.
